About VRE Precision

VRE Precision was born out of a passion for motorsports. In 2015, I, Tim Jamlean, began designing products for motorsport under the name Vinco Racing. In those early days, I outsourced the manufacturing of my designs to external suppliers. However, I soon encountered challenges such as small batch sizes, long lead times, and products that didn’t meet my quality standards.

After several failed attempts to outsource CNC milling and turning work, I decided at the end of 2017 to take the production process into my own hands. I purchased my first CNC milling machine and began manufacturing motorsport components in early 2018. Demand for these products grew rapidly, and customers began asking if I could also manufacture parts for other industries. This led to the purchase of a second machine to keep up with the growing demand. In 2023, the company name was changed to VRE Precision, as production had expanded far beyond just motorsport parts.

Today, I manufacture parts for customers across various industries – from aerospace, mechanical engineering, and pharmaceuticals to clients looking to extract that last bit of performance from their race cars. My goal is to maintain short lines of communication with clients and to take the stress out of the production process for them.
